Man Folds Cash Payment into Origami Pigs To Pay Traffic Infringement... (",)

A driver in Houston, Texas, decided to pay his $137 traffic infringement in cash and made quite a point of it when he folded his US dollar bills - all 137 of them - into tiny origami pigs before fronting local officers.

The man, who uses the handle ‘Bacon Moose’, recorded video of what happened next and posted it online. Bacon Moose documented his intricate pig-making process, posting pictures to social sharing site Imgur.

As shown on the video, however, the clerk is not so impressed. The prankster argues that the paper pigs are legal tender, but the clerk won’t budge. He refuses to accept payment and eventually calls for backup.

Lucky for Bacon Moose, the senior officer had a sense of humour, saying 'Little piggies in a donut box, I got it, I got it.’ Not only does Mr ‘Moose’ pay, he’s forced to unfold each origami creation to do so.
